1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

3. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. via USPS and UPS. Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days.

4. International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally. Please stay tuned as we expand!

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

FOXXY Essentials is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they leave our facility. Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
